He completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from GB Pant Hospital / Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, New Delhi in 2011. He then went a step further by achieving an All-India 46th Rank in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) in 2013. Subsequently, he pursued his Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics from the prestigious Government Dental College and Research Institute, Victoria Hospital, Bangalore in 2016. He then went on to being a Certified INVISALIGN ALIGNERS, FLASH ALIGNERS Provider and LINGUAL Orthodontist from Mumbai in the year 2017 and 2020. He is the recipient of the award for securing the highest aggregate marks in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics in BDS during the Convocation and Award Ceremony of International College of Dentists, Chapter 6 (India, Sri Lanka & Nepal Section) at New Delhi, in November 2011. He is also a recipient of National Healthcare Excellence Award, in the category of ‘Best Consultant Orthodontist in Bhopal’, organized by Praxis Media Private Limited, at New Delhi, in September 2019. Dr. Kunaal is an ardent academician with various publications in speciality journals. He likes to keep himself updated with newer technologies in Orthodontics.
